Fuso is participating in the trade fair’s “Green-Blue Path,” which highlights products supporting climate adaptation measures. The company will display three Next Generation eCanter models in Hall 5:

  • eCanter 9C18e with HIAB roll-off tipper
  • eCanter 4S15e with Scattolini rear tipper
  • eCanter 7C18e with three-way dumper by Schutz Fahrzeugbau

An additional eCanter 6S15e with Jotha skip loader will be available for viewing in the outdoor E-Mobility Area.

Mathias Wolf, Head of Product Management and Marketing at FUSO Germany, stated: “The eCanter Next Generation, which we are presenting here at GaLaBau, shows without restriction how electromobility can work convincingly, especially in horticulture and landscaping.”

FUSO has recently updated its Canter and eCanter Next Generation models with new safety features, including:

  • Active Brake Assist 6 (ABA6) with multi-lane monitoring
  • Blind Spot Information Assist with four short- and long-range sensors
  • Sideguard Assist 2, which functions as a lane change assistant at speeds above 30 km/h

These features are designed to enhance safety for pedestrians, cyclists, and other road users.

The FUSO Canter and eCanter Next Generation for the European market are produced at the plant in Tramagal, Portugal. FUSO, a subsidiary of Daimler Truck, offers its products and services in over 170 markets worldwide.
