Michigan-based start-up vehicle manufacturer Bollinger Motors has delivered its first all-electric commercial trucks to Nacarato Truck Centers in LaVergne, Tennessee. The delivery, valued at approximately $800,000, marks Bollinger’s official entry into the commercial electric vehicle market.
The delivery consisted of five 2025 Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab vehicles, which are Class 4 commercial trucks. Four of the vehicles will be sold to fleet customers, while Nacarato Truck Centers plans to use one for its own parts delivery operations between its 13 locations.
Jim Connelly, Chief Revenue Officer for Bollinger Motors, stated: “This is another special day for Bollinger Motors as we continue our journey to become an electrification leader in the commercial fleet market. Our nationwide dealership network is one of our core strengths and with partners like Nacarato Truck Centers, our customers’ sales and service needs are in good hands.”
The B4 Chassis Cab features a 158-kwh battery pack and has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $158,758. The vehicle qualifies for federal clean vehicle tax credits of $40,000 under the Inflation Reduction Act.
