UK manufacturer Tevva has recently announced a new partnership with after sales specialist Alltruck to provide roadside assistance and fleet management services for its 7.5 tonne battery-electric vehicles.
Another key element of the go to market strategy for Tevva has been put in place with the announcement it has appointed Alltruck as its servie and support partner. Under the partnership, Alltruck will operate the Tevva ‘Rapid Response’ call centre, staffed with skilled technicians to promptly assess and pre-qualify any maintenance issues, facilitating effective recovery action.
Alltruck, with its network of 175 approved repairers across the UK, will also offer additional services to Tevva owners, including documentation compliance, accident management, and access to replacement vehicles as needed. The partnership with Alltruck is another significant step for Tevva as it strives to accelerate the commercialisation of its 7.5-tonne battery- and hydrogen-electric vehicles. Earlier this year, Tevva confirmed an agreement with ZF for electronic braking systems and EcoBat for first-life battery management.
