Volta Trucks has recently appointed Sapphire Vehicle Services as its first certified service partner for the UK. Sapphire Vehicle Services, with its extensive experience in the UK commercial fleet management sector, will provide vehicle maintenance solutions tailored to Volta Trucks customers’ requirements.
The company has 16 accredited service and maintenance facilities across the UK, as well as mobile servicing units linked to each location. These facilities will ensure Volta Trucks customers receive the best possible service and maximise vehicle uptime. Furthermore, the company’s EV-trained technicians and specialists will undergo extensive and ongoing training on Volta Zero vehicles provided by the Volta Trucks Academy at the cpm[pany’s UK in Tottenham, London.
As the service partner, Sapphire Vehicle Services will complement the Volta Trucks Hub location in Tottenham, London, and will play a significant role in the company’s Truck as a Service (TaaS) offering. The TaaS proposition aims to provide a frictionless way to migrate fleets of all sizes to electric, maximising their uptime and operational efficiency, and revolutionising the ownership, servicing, financing, and management of commercial vehicle fleets.
