Quantron is boosting its customer support through a series of partnerships which will see it offer an enhanced range of services covering IT aftersales and insurance as well as a suite of data analytics and mangement support. This is part of a continued drive the German-headquartered business to establish a strong customer-facing offer to support its new range of battery electric and fuel cell trucks and buses.
The new collaboration with Cognitran, Roadzen, and Goldstone Technologies, will accelerate the company’s expertise in the entire hydrogen and e-mobility ecosystem, it claims: Cognitran, a global OEM IT aftersales expert, will expand the Quantron customer care focus for all hydrogen and zero emission products on the “Quantron as a Service” (QaaS) platform; Roadzen is a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and Insurance as a Service (IaaS) platform that will be included in a feasibility study in the fourth quarter of 2022; while Goldstone Technologies Limited (GTL) is a PLC based in Hyderabad, India, and is a leading provider of full stack analytics, BI data management, and intelligence solutions and services.
”The partnership between our organisations feels a natural fit and one with an incredibly exciting future. Adopting our deep industry experience and IT domain expertise, together as one force we are building a next generation digital ecosystem to drive the success of Quantron-as-a-Service, zero-emission mobility and to achieve new levels of customer experience and satisfaction for Quantron customers“, said David Butterworth – Business Unit Director, Cognitran.
