A cooperation between Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, a division of Bridgestone EMIA, and Bia, a software provider that has developed a platform to anticipate, monitor, and optimise electric vehicle (EV) charging, will support and maximise fleet electrification.
Bridgestone Mobility Solutions’ investment in Bia is in line with the company’s aim to be a leader in sustainable mobility solutions, in addition to developing its own partner ecosystem throughout the mobility sector.
The arrangement will benefit electric vehicle fleets by providing innovative and fast-paced smart charging solutions ranging from charging process optimization to cost reduction, minimising peak loads, preserving battery health, and delivering flexible charging that is cheaper and more sustainable.
