Tata Motors, a commercial vehicle manufacturer in India, has announced a collaboration with Delta Electronics India and Thunderplus Solutions Pvt to install 250 new fast charging stations for electric commercial vehicles across the country. These stations will be located in and around over 50 cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Kochi.

The new charging stations will add to the existing network of 540 commercial vehicle charging points. Tata Motors will recommend locations for these stations based on commercial EV movement patterns. Delta Electronics will provide the hardware, while Thunderplus Solutions will handle installation and operation.

Tata Motors offers the Ace EV, an electric cargo vehicle for last-mile deliveries. It is supported by over 150 Electric Vehicle Service Centres across the country and is equipped with various technologies for fleet management and performance.
