The new service, launching in Germany in August 2023, aims to help fleet operators transition to hydrogen-fuelled trucks, making it easier for fleet operators to adopt cleaner and more sustainable transport solutions without the burden of substantial upfront investments, complexities, and risks. Subscribers to the service will have access to a Mercedes Atego 15-tonne fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV). The service also includes fully comprehensive driver and vehicle insurance.
